Dual libraries use

    I have a brand new macbook pro retina 1To, and I wondered if it is possible to use for example one instance of Omnipshere on mavericks 9.1 and also Windows 8.1 by having 3 partitions :
    1. 150GB for mac
    2. 150GB for bootcamp
    3. 700GB of free space where I can put all my libraries like Omnisphere, Trilian, Alchemy, Kontakt Libraries... without having them installed twice and what is the right partition format for this partition which can be recognized and rewritable by mac and windows ?

    Ofcourse, I have logic pro on my macbook and w7 and I use the same STEAM folder
