They're not meant to be for listening. If you want to listen to the song as a whole, go download a full album elsewhere.

Multitracks are mainly for remixing or collecting (if you will).

Multitracks or stems are songs with parts separated.Multitracks can be used to make your own remix of a track.Multitrack can also make it easy to lift drum sounds and other parts of songs

remixing is their primary use as said above but you can also train to mix on them especially if you dont know the tracks, as you have the final product to compare it can be a good exercise to compare your work with that of professionals

I guess these parts can only be used for personal uses right? coz commercial use would be almost impossible without the authorisation.
But, are these MULTITRACKS original studio session export? or REMAKE?
    Any idea?

well ofc you have a lot of different tracks so....hard to tell for all of them...but original for the most part I guess (at any rate, all the ones I checked definitely were)

most of them are "partly" mixed down tracks (i.e like several takes for ryhthm guitar track 1 -> 1 track guitar track 1 ...and so forth)
if you get good quality stems it's definitely the original (especially with vocals, as first no one sings the same and then its impossible to extract vocals properly from a mixed track 95% of the time)

and as you said, it's for educational purposes only as to do anything with them, you'll need the rights...(well if I'm not mistaken there is a certain length you can legally "borrow" for free ..but it's very short whatsoever...just a few seconds basically)

Now it's annoying to see all these posts of multi-tracks!
Please create a new section for that. ThanX

There is another use for them not mentioned here yet, and that is for singers.

With them you have the possibility to sing over the original song, by just removing the main vocal track.
Which playback could be better then the original?

You can also tranpose the song up to 3 semitones up or down, to fit to your voice.
I recommend using iZotope RX2 Advanced for that, it has the best pitch shift algorithm built in, that I know.
Only transpose the tracks containing harmonic material, which means leave drums & percussion out. This way you preserve a lot of the quality.
