I downloaded and installed iZotope RX10 from sister site.
When I play, there is no sound... and it doesn't work... everything get stuck.
Progress cursor and db meter get stuck.
There's no notifications about problems of audio driver or config.

What's wrong?

 

You should put here what driver you are choosing, and also your OS, at a minimum.
You seem to have some suspicion the problem is related to driver.

Maybe even list ALL audio devices in your system in case one is interfering.
(In some cases a driver might actually interfere with a program, even if it is not being used.)

How can anyone help with no information?

 

This might be a long shot but have you accidentally highlighted a miniscule portion of the audio and it's just looping that tiny section, giving the appearance of being stuck? Try clicking and dragging in the main screen.

 

Also are you running a standalone or plugins within a DAW?
Can also be, you know, latency. Wait for a few seconds, if it's latency it should catch up.
