Just been wondering... I noticed that some things good people have been sharing on audioz can disappear all of a sudden as they never existed. But the same thing would remain on another website so that tells me its probably not the poster himself that removed it. SO like I said, I ve been wondering, could it be a case of ransom. Say, if I make a plugin one day and it gets Kd and ends up on audioz, would I be able to ransom it, or just have a friendly word with moderators so it gets removed?

    Como U-he?

Also I think that this makes little sense, no developer in their right mind wants to share their software in any pirate site. I wonder if you will notice (already is quite noticeable) a big difference in audioz and there will be fewer software releases of big developers. Although i always give thanks to the members of audioz for what they do by their users. :mates:

@don-questo if official dmca requests are received from developers then the admins will happily remove them

hmm... somehow I suspect it's a bit more tricky than this. Official dmca complaints suppose in theory site shutdowns, lawsuits and damages for copyright infringement. ransom? no. bullying, intimidation, developers' revenge on other developers, possibly...

official requests for removal will be honoured, no problem, don't forget the stuff is not stored on the website's servers, just links from other sites are listed on the web pages
