R2R Credland Stereo Savage is always timebombed

    Am I the only one this happened to? Have all R2R versions of this software had a timebomb after a few hours of use for many years?

    1.1.6 wasn't timebombed, if my memory serves me right.
    Also the timebomb is very inconsistent. Sometimes, StereoSavage can work for months without going silent, other times it happens three times a day.

    Yes, timebomb for many years now and it is a known issue, but strangely R2R has never fixed it. Most likely they haven't even noticed.

    Version 1.2.1 has never crashed on me.. not ever!

    It doesn't crash, it just goes silent until you restart the DAW.

    Ahhh gotya..That might explain why I've not had problems with it then.. I only use it if I need to lightly widen one or two aspects of the mix, followed by a little bit of compensating.

    Of course you CAN always use waves S1. That's always been very reliable for me.

    Yes, in fact, last year I solved the timebomb issue just like this: buying it hahaha. Money well spent IMO. Far superior than Expanse 3D and S1.
