    It's a sign of people having bad experiences with their Windows based DAW software and thinking another DAW installation will fix that. You very rarely see Mac users bouncing around from DAW to DAW. If you pick a new one, it is almost entirely done for personal taste.

    I completely agree, I think it's important to really learn one DAW inside and out before you go and learn all the intricacies and idiosyncrasies of another one. Thats not to say you should never try another DAW, i think it's important to explore but I think having that "back of my hand" knowledge is far more useful. Thats just my opinion tho, there are many paths to the ocean.

    I'm not trying to joke about the matter. But these people fleeing to a new Windows DAW software sound like they just escaped from the frying pan.
