Ok I made a mistake and pointed omnisphere to a wrong folder. I remember that this was an easy fix but I cannot find anything right now. I tried to reset defaults and preferences but it doesnt work.

 

As best as I can manage...

1. Close and re-open Omnisphere for the changes to take effect.

I was about to suggest to rename the folder temporarily...

 

The problem was that I made a steam folder and then install the whole thing. But omnisphere makes a steam folder inside my steam folder. So its steam | steam | other stuff.

When omni asked me to point to the steam folder I pointed on mine and not on the steam folder that omni creates.

 

Just wanting to get this straight for self and others.
1. In the past I have just deleted Zmap.index within the steam folder then given plenty of time after opening Omni, for it to build indices.
2. It sounds like an alternative way is just to rename the steam folder or move it. Is that correct?
3. It also sounds like the program creates its own steam folder in any event so that you just point to the steam folder with all the 'gizzards' in it. Is that right?
