using towels and blankets to make an impromptu mic booth has helped me improve my recordings, those should be available. also I have like a mic isolation u shaped thing, not sure if you can pack that and how much space you're working with.

I'm not traveling, just broke af and I have a very very shitty "mic booth" that consists of two mic stands, a mic foam isolation thing on top of two stools and a food tray ceiling. draped in towels then blankets. I'm a classy person. if I didn't hate the fact people can hear me sing, I'd practice more and sing better I guess but also I'd set up with the use of a door or something to make it easier. towels are key, they actually do a pretty good job absorbing reflections. then just unplug the mini fridge or whatever you can, put it in the quietest part of the room and do your best I guess! if you could get some collapsable rods to build a frame out of wherever you go and weren't a super pain to travel with you'd be decently set maybe.

also there is post production software like rx or whatnot
