What happen to Synapse Audio Orion ? that daw had true potential i used to use this daw back in the day what happen too them i do love they successful vst Dune 3

Did they give up on Orion?

We're not developing Orion "as it is" beyond version 8.6, so that's the last update for now. There is far too little interest in Orion (from legit users anyway). We have a magnitude more plugin users than Orion users, and those users demand updates/bugfixes/future developments as well. thanks woo thats crazy at first i thought they was just focus on dune 3 but now i see

 

Legit keys can still be found online from time to time.(Kvr) I grabbed one and the daw still works flawlessly and is still hosted on the Synapse account page/servers with a key A few limitations but they still aren't dealbreakers and can be addressed with plugins
