    Do you know that feelign when your brain is kinda restless, but you cant fixate on something? Like when you try to work on a project, but you just cant, your head drifts away all the time to things you dont wanna focus on. And you wanna get it out, but you're not sure how. You wanna focus again, but theres this wall inside, wanting you to do soemthing crazy perhabs...

    Any idea of what Im talking about? If yes, or at least if you think so, how do you deal with it? What do you do to focus again?

    Kinda wierd topic, right? :rofl:

    But to your problem..I think everybody knows this very well. This normally happens when you have something your mind is circling around...Maybe on the first view the topic doesnt seem to be important, but it is indeed because otherwise you would be able to concentrate on the task you are trying to do. If its a problem try to solve it..if its just an idea try to make it..If its some kind of general mopishness try to find something you are interested in and then do it. A glad soul is the best precondition to succeed in your tasks!

    I know it. Leave the room for a while. Sports is a good idea. Sitting in front of the Computer, wanting to do something, but not doing it is a waste of time and energy. Leave it for a moment, focus somewhere else, make sort of a plan on a peace of paper and return to the computer immediately starting to work

    I tried physical activity, garden works, taking a walk, trying to fix my paypal (bad, bad decision), watching a TV series... I didnt try joints, yoga or kleenex (at this point Im not sure if Kontakt Guru based his post on Mechanix YouTube-Yoga-Video-Suggestion).

    Finally I drove half an hour on the Autobahn with 160kmh (damn snow tires, its not even snowing here :snuffy: ), decided to leave at a city I never been with my car before, got lost, found back, got lost again, found a motehrfucking big industrial area (is that how you call it in english...?), found back on the autobahn and drove back. I mean a burned some money on fuel, but whatever... Helped, feeling relaxed now.

    I'm very familiar with this feeling, as my ADHD causes my mind to drift all the time. It's annoying when I want to focus on writing a track, but the ADHD meds really help with that.
