All the tutorials on YouTube for installing Hypersonic 2 seem simple and straight forward. But I always get elicenser Control - Error: "No Licenser connected." I have already tried several different ways, (Windows 10)

I'm not sure anyone has even successfully got it working with 10, it's one of the reasons I'm still using 7. That's not to say it CANT be done, just I do not know of anyone having success with it..

PS. You can use HalionSonic though, which gets close to being like Hypersonic.

PS and a half. Just a thought, but are you using the version adapted for 64 bit?

 

Hi there. I downloaded a working version a little while back and it is still working several months later. If i remember correctly, you don't have to install any of the Syncrosoft licensing B.S. which i think is where a lot of the problems come from. I believe it is 32bit only though.

Now the catch...I am currently in town at Safeway and the stuff I need to help you is at home. I am running to the casino really quick, but i will be heading straight home after that. So in a couple of hours as soon as I get home i will get back on here and put up links/instructions and all that good stuff. It's actually very simple if i remember correctly.

So i be back shortly and we'll do what needs to be done. Hypersonic 2 is a great synth. I don't really like the direction they went with it when they combined it with Halion. I wish that they would've just kept on developing the Hypersonic line.

Another old Steinberg gem that sadly was discontinued was Xphraze. Anybody remember that one? That was a fun little synth.

Anyhow, hang tight and as long as i don't end up in jail tonight I will be back shortly to help.

In the meantime here is a little something to think about: The other day I got to thinking...can you imagine how different things would've turned out had C3PO just told Uncle Owen that he didn't speak Bocci (bot chee)? That would've changed everything! At least in the way i look at the situation it sure would've. Those Jawas probably have no idea of the impact they had on that world when they sold off ol' Golden Rod.

Install the "eLicenser Control Center 6.11.10.2272" 2. Juli 2020 · 63 MB

1.) Go to: https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/...9-eLicenser-Control-Center-License-Management
2.) eLicenser Control Center Downloads
3.) Alternative versions for support purposes
4.) Look at the attached pictures


Steinberg - Hypersonic 2 VSTi - 1,57 GB - AiR

1) Install Setup.exe
2) Copy "Hypersonic 2 Content" dir to a folder of your choice
3) Run the plugin and locate content path manually!
4) Enjoy this fine Team AiR release !!!

 

I knew elicenser was compatible with 10, I did NOT know Hypersonic was though.. Good to know

 

Also, if you had a legit license of the first Halion Sonic it also comes with a legit license for Hypersonic 2. I got lazy years ago and I was sick of fighting with the e-Licensor software.

 

Installed it today on Win 10 and working perfect in bridged Mode under FL Studio 20.8. I did not install the E-Licenser.

1. Install from the Team Air Iso
2. Open the Standalone and Point out the Path to the Hypersonic Content (This Step was Important 4 me, when you open it up first in the DAW it will Crash, because of the Content Path Window, at least it was the Case for me)
3. Open Hypersonic in your DAW and it should work.

Known Issues & Fixes:

Just noticed sometimes when you start the DAW the Presets don't show up in Hypersonic. (To fix this open up the Standalone one time and reload Hypersonic and the Presets are back).

Well I don't know about anyone else, but I'm certainly learning a fair bit today!

Hello. Well, it looks like you guys have things under control. After looking it turns out the version (or at least the cr#ck) i used came from the sister site. Steinberg Hypersonic 2.1 from TeamCubeadooby. All you do is copy and paste the dll over your current Air one and that is all there is to it. I'm pretty certain the one i am ⁰0⁰⁰⁰⁰ doesn't have that SyncroSoft protection crap which is always a headache.
