You are clearly disadvantaged in your country, which country is it?
The Eris are good but very small for such a large room. But you can buy them.

The Eris are actually larger and more powerful than the HS5s you suggested - 5.25" Tweeter and 80W for the Eris, as opposed to 5" Tweeter and 70W of the HS5s.

    Give it a Google.

Save up more money imo. You wont regret it. Monitors are aguably the most important part of the studio. When you get good ones it's quite inspiring

I've heard Kali's are good bang for buck. I haven't heard them myself, but back in 2020 when i researched around i considered Kali (until i decided to increase my budget and get something great).
Kali are founded by people who left JBL
12 square meters? 12 cubic meters? Or is the length of one wall 12 meters?

Your listening position should be oriented lengthwise. At your listening position, you are facing the short wall in the room.

For large rooms of at least 8 m in length, a good starting point is that your head should be at about 38% of the length of your room. Example: Your home studio is 10 m long. Then your head should be about 3.80 m away from the short wall you are looking at. Avoid placing the listening position in the middle of the room!

Formula: 38% * length of the room (e.g. 15 m) / 100 = distance from the short wall you are facing at the listening position (if the length of the room is e.g. 15 m, the distance is 5.7 m).

    Presonus Eris E5 XT
Can you get these in your country?

JBL 305p MKII Long term Review

JBL 305P MKII vs PreSonus Eris E5 || 6-Track Comparison

PreSonus nails the look and feel of the E5 XT. It has a higher end feel than many budget speakers. The waveguide is effective in providing even response side to side which is nice. The boosted lows and highs though seems to have been aimed at selling the speaker in a showroom. It does impress at first. And especially so if you don't compare it to another speaker, level matched. When you do that though, the shortcomings of the E5 XT come to surface with uneven tonality and tons of distortion from its bass driver.

The JBL LSR305P is going for just US $109 which is $50 cheaper than the E5 XT. It sounds hi-fi in the way that E5 XT simply doesn't. It lacks a bit of bass but I think you could boost its response there and maybe get the same thing as E5 has.

Overall, despite the online buzz that PreSonus E5 XT has, I cannot recommend it. I am here to guide you to proper sound and that calls for flat or flattish frequency response. You are not going to get that E5.

JBL 305P MkII or JBL LSR305.
    As always.

Adam is not so good/bad and eris is straight forward bad. You can even use a simple 2.1 system from your local dealer then. Would be even better because of the bass range.
