Hi !

I need a cheap Mac laptop second hand, for live gig playback/ amp sim.
Around 200 bucks.

I need to run THU Overloud/other amp sims in a DAW, with some backing audio tracks.
Nothing heavy in real time, apart amp sims of course.

Witch model, to get maximum compatibility with DAWs / plugins ?
I'm not tied to Logic, so i dont need the last OSX version.
It seems most softwares / plugins i use are compatible with macOS High Sierra 10.13 and above.

PS : i will probably go for a MacBook Pro 2012, to get native Catalina support. And put maximum RAM in the future.

I came to the same conclusion, due to balance between OSX version, RAM (load flexibility) and price.
