Hi!!!
How do I get the sound that I attached??
I found this riser and it fits so perfect with the song that im finishing
I want to make it in serum or vital(or anything) so I can make it longer and decide the pitch overtime

This is my best guess so far:
-Is white noise with a flanger(or a phaser, but this is less probable)
-It has a low pass filter with a slope of 48 db(im using fab filter pro q 3 to do the high cut)
-and the low is probably cut, but that is not a problem

I'm getting close but for some reason I cant get it right

Also this is in part an excuse to learn because I never did a riser by myself until now in a synth

and you're there (almost) :D but i think its pretty close you might get it even closer by adjusting a bit the frequencies there i didn't spend too much time it sounded quite good there though

u just need a band pass like that on an eq
