Nexus 3 works great for me! Logic Pro, High Sierra ~ I never go online while in DAW

 

It might be something else which did this.

This never happened to anybody. Presets that don't work are old version presets that need cloud conversion service which ReFX disabled for cured version of N3.

i've got Nexus 3.4.4 with all the presets. All was ok from the release, but 2 weeks ago, lots of presets disappeared without any changes on my settings. Factory presets are not seen for example. I don't understand why. Did someone live the same experience ? some clues to resolve that issue ?

If I don't use Komplete Kontrol, do I need the NKS files?

 

You can delete nks or you don't need to install nks. Saves a lot of disk space, by the way.

I haven't tried it yet but among the newly released EXP, only the Tropical House 4 is usable with v3.4.4 right ?

 

Tropical House 4 works for me. The other XP für Nexus 3 should work too, but they were already shared, so maybe you already got them. Tropical House is new... I Think. The Nexus 4 expansions don't work with Nexus 3.

 

Yes, with v3.4.4 works with v3.3.9 does not work.

yeah I have the old full release, just the Tropical House 4 then.

 

Anyone else getting a file missing error when loading in Hollywood Synth Edition> DL Hummer Drums, Machine Drummer,
Machine Drummer2, Machine Drummer3 and SQ Nature of Security?

Edit: Solved, seems that for some reason in the samples folder the file Clock.nxs was named _Clock.nxs, found out through Nexus error log.

No! These nks files are for previewing the sounds in the Nexus! If you delete the folder, it won't work anymore.

 

Why everything works for me after removing the nks files...

Yes, I understood...

 

In my library folder is a subfolder "NKS" and there are subfolders with the name ".preview" inside, these are all "ogg" files. If I delete this folder, I can no longer preview the sounds, but must always load them first.
Maybe we are talking about different things. These "NKS" folders were included for each library, on the "sister" page.
I just tried it again. If the NKS folder is gone, Preview the sound in the Nexus no longer works.

For me everything works after removing the contents from this folder.

 

You know what I mean by "previewing sounds" in Nexus? I can also load all sounds, play them, but not "preview" them (if I delete/rename this folder).The NKS folder is 2,77 GB big (all libraries of the sister site)
