Has anyone got this working without crashes with ableton 8.2.2? The demo version works fine, but the audioz version crashes everytime (I'm on Windows 7 64bit). I've tried permissions, installing and loading as Admin - all to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, works here, same setup, except 8.2.5

Sure wish the 1.01 update would come out.

was working fine with 8.2.2 - play with it a bit but deleted it - was not useful for my drumming habbits.

What do you recommend for your drums?

I actually bought nerve and feel the same way about it. I wish I had a dope program for drums. I LOATH DOING DRUMS!

I find battery 3 from NI to be nice... however I have never used nerve, definitely going to check it out soon.

All depends on what kind of music you produce. I'm on the electronic side, so I mostly use my own samples and sometimes Goldbaby's one triggered by a simple beatbox à la MPC : One Small Clue Poise. When more complex tweaking is needed, I go for Stylus RMX (again with external samples converted for RMX).
For acoustic drums, I would recommend something like SD2 or BDF, even if I'm not 100% sold by their demos (nothing can beat a good take of a real drummer IMO).

I also get occasional crashes with Nerve, but I soooo like it. I actually plan on buying it, which I don't do often. I've heard users test v1.2 or 1.0.2 already... if I could only get my hands on it and see how it behaves. I can't wait to see this new version out. I use Reaper 3.78. This is an incredible rhythm machine. Love it!

    Hey Budz,

Can you describe what you don't like about Nerve? Then we can give you better advice, I guess. I'm a nerve lover but I'm sure there will be other drum samplers that are great too.

Old topic sorry, but this is relevant for me, just started using Nerve, like the sounds, easy to patch each drum to separate channels in live (like kontakt) which is pretty important to me. But in Live 8.2.5 i get crashes every time I load and save my work and Nerve has been used. Bummer really :snuffy:
