how to change midi velocity in reaper for all midi items together?

    how to change midi velocity in reaper for all midi items together?

    i know how to do it per item...but i'm looking for a way to do it per more midi items together

    Are you talking about the MIDI Editor?
    Select the items, open the edior, activate Track List and on the right side activate Item is visible by clicking on the eye. Now you can select all notes of all selected items.
