Why do you want to sell it? And is account take over not as much against their lagreement as pirating it?

In what way are you asking him to contribute, giving everyone his serials?

 

That's not how its' done. One provides the installers and serials to a trusted person (Olymoon here AFAIK) who then contacts the scene. The serial is used to reverse-engineer the licensing mechanism and for nothing else.
Hell, even the installer alone without any licensing information might be helpful.
