reaper daw Alt + M to toggle mute between two tracks

but whats the command to do the same thing with Solo button? I tried setting it up through actions but I can't find it i search a couple of actions....it doesn't only switch the 2 tracks like Alt + M would do

 

I don't think there are default keys for that, but you right click on any solo button and see the modifiers for when you click the button... that will give you an idea of actions that you can search for and set up keys for, should you want to do that.

 

You can use a similar approach for both. Select both tracks (one muted/soloed) and press M or S (for mute or solo), it's a switch. I'm doing this all the time.

EDIT: I'm using S for Track: Solo/unsolo tracks and M for Tracks: Mute/unmute tracks.
IIRC, that's the def setting.
