    Personally, Orchestral Tools Berlin Percussion

    Edit: Spitfire Percussion has the most charming Celeste I have heard, however.

    Many many good ones. I still swear by True Strike. Also, Superior's Orchestral SDX seems really nice but I haven't dug deep into it.

    I've tried a few and they all seem to me to have their strengths and weaknesses. Finding timpani with a decent roll where you can control the length realistically was the hardest to find for me. I am currently using the Halion library Iconica sections and players (made by orchestral tools) even though I use Reaper not cubase.

    ProjectSAM True Strike 1 & Impact Soundworks Rhapsody Orchestral Percussion.

    Reason:
    Small size and the fact they´re dry = without reverb...... especially True Strike 1.
