You need to get the Steinberg library manager. It will install them into Halion or Halion SE

 

Yes, just place files where you want and double click them. If Steinberg library manager has been installed correctly it adds them to Halion and Halion SE. Later you can relocate all your libraries inside this library manager.

 

You can also set a path before you install them and move them,. Example to another Hard drive.

 

what protection does it have or isit covered by silk emu ?

 

you have to use the Soft-eLicenser local license generator b25 for Iconica ensembles to work it unlocks most of steinberg products after u do that then u can just download the library form the library manager
