I don't receive notifications in my email

    Hi to the web admins and/or the person in charge of what would be the most computerised part of this forum, without discussion, the best forum on the www today.

    I don't receive notifications in my email
    Since a few days ago I don't receive notifications when someone sends me a private message or replies to my posts.
    I have made sure that it is activated in the (extremely complex and almost encrypted) preferences of my profile.
    Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

    Even if this is not me the problem is most likely your email provider who blocks audiosex.pro. I suggest to contact the support.

    I can confirm that notifications are working, so, this must be your email provider who is blocking our notifications.
    The solution should come from them.

    But I will transmit to admin anyways.

    I also sent you a pm with details you should know about your email provider.

    are you sure you stopped receiving notifications only few days ago?

    anyways, we're working on these issues, hopefully next week we'll change our email server and then this issue will resolve itself.

    Hi I also face the same issue. I do get post notifications, comments etc. in email but not the email change confirmation email itself. I've been trying to change my email for a while now. :dunno:

    Yahoo started putting my AS notification e-mails into the spam folder about few days ago for some reason. It is weird because AS is perfectly great and legal audio forum. I think it might have something to do with the "sex" in the name...?

    Well, I do receive notifications but they end up in the spam folder, I hadn't thought of that because until a few days ago I always received them.

    Did you try to add AZ address to your address book? Or white list?
