    Heyo!
    Did anyone, who is into electronic music production, ever came around the samples similar to these used by Armin and producers more in around 2004-2007 ? Example of this 'round' smooth, powerful but not overwhelming kick drum sample in this track:


    Do you think its a lot of processing here? Does not seem compressed alot, when comparing to nowaday's trance, when everything is absolutely squeezed and does not breathe at all lol !

    Sure, older Vengeance essential clubsounds (vol. 1-3), thomas penton essential series vol. 1, these will do for older trance style kicks
    Ive watched Armin's masterclass and he doesn't do lots of processing, he keeps it simple and clean which is surprising considering how good his music sounds
