i did alot of this and that (including crystaldisk, 3 antivirus tests, adware cleaner), but in the end i have to reset this machine.
will save my firefox`s history and bookmarks for continuing my surfings.
but one question is still on my mind. why is this happening every few months to this bitching machine ?
this is totally beyond me. perhaps win 10 debloater fucks it up, after a certain win update is made.
    anyway.
thanks for your suggestions all of ya .

At one point I had a machine I used a lot with Windows and a mechanical hdd. I mention the HDD because it is a laptop, and they get bounced around; and that can result in some very random damage. But I had the whole, after months of just using even "clean" software and files; system os updates and so on; it would randomly get like this and I would eventually break down and format/reinstall. This was when your DAW software installation order and your plugins still mattered much more. I gave up and accepted that it would happen over and over; and my easy answer was to partition the hdd with windows and programs only on one; to make reinstalling a faster and cleaner ordeal. Time wise, it is the best least bad option.

@poka chip make sure u install latest win10 this time. Try using it without any tweaks for a certain period of time

@poka chip First Download all Drivers from Developer Page and do an Bios Update if available and back up all drivers. when fresh installing cut the notebook from the internet and start with the chipset driver and do an reboot. after that install all other drivers and reboot. Be sure to turn off driver updates over Windows Update. Also after you installed everything you want to do an Backup that you always can come back to that state.

already did a bios update, drivers were up to date.
now i reseted the machine and added my basic appz like firefox, winrar, antivirus. after that i did a recoverydrive via usb done by win 10. it took 2 hours ! for 9 gbytes. wtf ?
will look into an alternative tool like acronis for that.
    thanks guys.

    a good choice

Macrium Reflect is a good backup solution for home users up to enterprise. Quick and reliable backups with compression and easy restore. There is even a free version for full Windows imaging.
Backup takes 10 min typically for my (c:\ contains ~100GB), restore the same.
I use it for years now without any flaws.

I have had Acronis before for my business (v11.5 Windows Server DC & Workstations) and had a lot of problems and the worst support I've ever seen in my life.

After a few failed backups, the backup stopped in the middle to restore the data, I flushed Acronis down the toilet.
I am now with "O&O DiskImage Professional" and satisfied.

didn't go through the whole thread - it's probably already in there somewhere.
your windows opens those windows out of screen. select the window in the taskbar.
hit alt-space. push curser down once. hit enter.
now you move the window with the curser keys.
can be tricky as you don't know where outside the screen they are located. need to try all 4 directions.
