I am wanting to know how to keep a note playing when you hold it down in the Logic Pro sampler.

have you tried using the loop function?
also is this the quick sampler or exs24?

 

in Q sampler. Click Zone, Loop, Autoloop. EXS is basically gone.

 

EXS is now "Sampler"
Quick Sampler should be in Classic mode, with a loop set.

 

I'm only unsure why this is easier to ask here than asking Google. There are 5 ways to do almost everything in Logic.
