Hello

I am wondering, Is it possible to delete applications from a time machine back up?

I have a back up of my machine on a Lacie hard drive, when it is mounted on the Mac, I can go into it and see what I have on the backup in terms of files and applications...my question is...would I be able to delete an application that is on the backup or would it cause issues when restoring the back up to a machine?
