How do i get rid of distorting artifacts on Chris heins horns saxophone?

    Hey guys recently i tried to use the chris heins horns and i found the saxophone sound comes with a distorting artifacts. i have tried to turn off the built in reverb and delay but it didnt help. Is there anyone who have experienced the same issue and can help me fix it?

    Which DAW? Which operating system? Which audio interface do you use? Can you post your sampling rate / settings?
