I haven't laughed my ass off when reading the description for a plug-in in a long time, but this one really gave me a good chuckle

Aside from the dev being a funny guy, the plug-in does seem like a competent and good sounding bitcrusher (if you can call bitcrushing good sounding?). Fairly priced at €20.

    The Legend
This effect plugin is an emulation of the late 80's Dynamic Quantizer 5010 from Evectronic, famous for its floating-point digital architecture that gave it a very distinctive grain when quantization was applied to spare its limited storage and processing resources.
This machine is legendary... in that it never existed. But if it did this software would be its closest emulation.

    What people could have said:

    Compatability:
    • Windows x64 VST3
    • OSX x64/ARM VST3, AU

That's taken from the British (excellent) comedy show, the IT Crowd (Denholm Reynholm is a character, the like of which we've never previously seen the like of which in television...)

It sounds really great on the bass part in the video at 3:10! It just adds some high-end grit on the sides (even though the bass is a mono track). I also like the growl/buzz it adds to the 808. I probably need to buy this thing.

Who of course jumped out of a window in the show. Maybe Chris Morris is behind this plugin...

Even "so excited I peed my pants" simple, really simple plugin, can "Cogito, ergo sum." elevate awareness.
Ah... living in the — a.k.a. the computer, digital, or new media — information age. What a joy.
