Not entirely sure what has happened with my install. I installed 2.0.8 and preset packs and authorised. However, it seems to have only authorised the core pack. The additional presets aren't authorised. If I try to authorise offline and insert same authorisation code as EZMix 2 it says it's wrong.

However, when I try to uninstall, it doesn't seem to completely remove everything as when I reinstall then it pulls the serial code that's gone wrong from somewhere on my machine.

Any ideas how I can authorise the preset packs or uninstall completely to reinstall the whole thing?

 

What you want to do is go to users/Shared/Toontrack/Preferences and delete the "com.toontrack.ezmix2.plist" file
or search for it and delete it.

then uninstall EZMIX2 but you don't need to remove the presets

reinstall it and then generate & authorise everything again offline

and it should work

 

I guess there is an updated key gen that works for both ...

 

Worked it out eventually! Didn't realise that the serial kept changing so was generating a non-matching auth. code! Cheers all!
