As described in "Section 5. License Grant; Restrictions", of the Antares Software License Agreement, Antares licenses are non-transferable.

You must not make the Software available (e.g., sublicense, distribute or transfer) to any other Person, including through any time-sharing, service-bureau, software-as-a-service or virtual recording studio arrangement.
