    figure ing out the algoryghm we. sample the stream randomly, decode, transform, recode, send it on its way. will discombobulate the stream. blockbuster. not so much a plugin. you call it what you will.

    which section would such a plan go in?

    Probably 'humor' if you think any dev is going to want to implement someone else's idea.
