You're overreacting: I'm sure there's no conspiracy against you. this kind of misunderstanding happens sometimes. The best way to proceed is to privately contact the mods to ask for explanations.
Also remember that share commercial libraries is copyright infringement and you are now candidly admitting it with this thread.

I'm done trying to help the community now...I asked for it to be dropped on PM, but seems like it's being carried on...so I am ignoring my Pm's. I got better things to do...if they choose to carry it on, ok...but they won't get a response from me...

how long does it last, like if something got requested 10 years ago, can it not be requested again?

If it has already been requested, it means it's on the site. Why whould anyone post another request for the same sh/t?

 

First I thought the OP were whining because he wanted to release something and earn some coins with the premium file sharing.
Then we just realized that it was about a resquest post. Jesus Christ!

If your request post wasn't posted at the end and other's post was with less details, and if you really wanted to help (SIC) the community, you could just post your detailed info in a comment under that request post published. If it was so important for you.

 

It happened to me as well the other day with a request. I spent all afternoon formating the text, adding the images, using the shortcodes. Everything was perfect... And then another request about the same item got published. And you know what was my reaction?

FUCKING A. I´M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO WANTS IT,
and I rushed to that request and upvoted it.

Olymoon already addressed this. The post that was chosen was from May 13th, and it was approved May 13th. There's actually already comments from people on it from the 13th. The OP's post was from the 16th and was of a slightly different name (why his search probably didn't work).

Not everything is big conspiracy. Nothing to see here.

 

Because after posting 280 requests I won't bother contributing any further, too tired of receiving stupid messages from some so-called admin pretending I didn't respect the rules when I did.

So to be clear, more than one person is approving the requests and posts?
With no disrespect, that is a recipe for disaster if each person does not have a list of what has been put up by them for the next person on shift to check.

Realistically, all your points are valid but the poster should have been denied the ability to post it immediately, not up to three days later by the dates you supplied?
So them being a little annoyed even though you are completely justified in taking his down as a second post is actually on you guys for not monitoring the rules you tell everyone to stand by better and checking each others approvals, so it never was posted in the first place. Sorry, but it's true. His responsibility is that he should have checked it did not already exist, that is on him.
Did anyone check if they were identical versions? If not, it should have been allowed. If that is not allowed either, even though different versions, then you guys need to go through all the R2R and V.R posts with different versions of the same thing.

OP, you complained about how your post got taken down, then you got told it was already up by someone else, then you start to immediately complain how your done with helping with the community when requesting for something isn't helping and going to start ignoring??? Just accept that you didn't see it was already up on sister site and move on. Why make a big deal out of this?....
