There's a "Love it!" reaction.
What might be done instead is make it count for two "Likes Received" for all of us who care about fake internet points. Maybe "Agree" count as one too.
Also what we need even more is more negative reactions than just "Dislike" and "Disagree". At least "Boring" and "Facepalm" would be nice.
But what we really *really* need is the ability to leave more than one reaction. At least two. Because sometimes you disagree with something you find funny, and it's frustrating to pick the priority. Speaking of, "Mixed Feeling" also should've been nice.

This is a complex and important subject. We need another thread to discuss how to implement the "No one gives half shit" (temporary name) button. And we need it now.

 

They took away the dislike button. This was mainly to stop people from opposing factions disliking what a specific person said just because they did not like them.

As for being 'Liked' - this seems to be an important thing these days.
You could have different levels
1. Like
2. Like a lot
3. I came in my pants
4. I will never like anything this much again and I do not even need to have sex for the rest of my life.

Seriously though, if you like it, you post it. If anyone else does then that's a bonus but not the reason anyone should post. However, these days, many people all over the world tailor their posts to be liked which is quite pathetic.
