I have a PC that I use for general stuff ( not music) running win 11, 64 bit. I can log into Audio Z with no problems, I can also log into Audio Z on my android phone with no problems. Now my studio computer which is in another room which also runs Win 11, 64 bit...... I can get to the Audio z page, but when I try to log in, nothing happens, after several atempts Audio Z locks me out for a time. I was using Microsoft Edge, but changed to Chrome, with still the same problem, so I'm assuming the problem lies wwith some script in win 11, I checked that Java screipt is enabled and as far as I can tell it is, so something is blocking me from logging on, any help would be appreaciated TIA

Check if you have a add blocker that blocks java script.
    That may be the reason.

Thanks Olymoon, no add blockers. Just read that win 11 edge won't support java, yet my laptop with win 11 allows me to log in, guess I'll have to use the laptop for future downloads, thanks all the same

Java and Javascript are entirely separate beasts with regrettably similar names.
You do not need Java at all for AudioZ or AudioS sites
But you do need to make sure that your browser is processing Javascript
I regularly use a Javascript blocker and I often need to selectively disable the blocker and allow Javascript to be used; on many sites - including these Audio sites.

Not tried firefox, but having tried Edge and Chrome. I doubt that it would make any difference, but thanks for trying. I'm guessing that it's something in win 11, that I have removed, I ran a program that removes a lot of telemetry stuff, so really the only way of checking is with a clean install, which I'm reluctant to do, as everything else seems to be working fine and I can download stuff to tryout before buying, on my laptop. So thanks for all your help.

try with Opera browser which has its own VPN capability you can turn on - that way you can determine if the issue is network-related or not,
also you may create new user profile in Windows and try from there, maybe your local account is just broken...

    sorry about the delay.
the only reason it might not work is related to JavaScript or AdBlocker. there's just no other explanation :dunno:
i will ask our coder though, maybe he'll find some errors.

If you understand and still want to register, please make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser, because AudioZ is highly dependent on it.
Also keep in mind that once you register, an email will be sent to you with link to confirm your registration; there is a 90% chance that the email will end up in your Spam folder. Finally, make sure you don't use one of the following email providers, as they block emails from AudioZ: gmx, web.de, hotmail, outlook, msn, yahoo. Now belt up and get ready to start this journey.

From AZ rules: 'Keep in mind that after 90 days of inactivity (since last login) your account will be automatically removed.'
Other than that, I've no difficulties to log in with Opera and Win7 but some email domains are rejected for an account.

Why don't you try Dissenter browser or other good alternatives like Tor, Brave, Vivaldi. I haven't used Chrome for so long It's almost like it doesn't exist as for Edge, tried it but don't like or trust it. Also why do you use your studio computer online, I don't let mine ever connect, anything I need, after verifying and scanning them on my net PC , I transfer using a small 240Gb SSD external which I use solely for that purpose. Sound crazy, maybe but no viruses on my studio PC either.
