Here lately steinberg have been a little lack luster on the splash, so I made my own

 

Hey, this is a good idea @Joe Crisp!, it's exactly what I suggested at sister's site, in a message concerning the TC Team releases, who modify the splash screens. I hope that other members will start to imagine and create completely fantasist / imaginative ones!

Reminder, for my friends beginners:

The splash screens are here: "C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 12\Startup"

There is 2 main images in particular:
1. startup_cubase_pro.png
2. startup_cubase_pro_2.00x.png (for hi-res monitors)

So you just have to backup first (just copy them elsewhere), then edit / replace them by those of your choice.
It's in fact exactly like Kontakt wallpapers: you can adopt the official ones, or create totally original ones.

Here are my propositions:

1. Rename this one: startup_cubase_pro.png

2. Rename this one: startup_cubase_pro_2.00x.png
