When i run the installer for the new soundbanks its over within 1 second and when i open alchemy i cant see any of them please if anyone has any idead why this is happening please let me know

 

Well, personally if I had paid for something and it does not work, then I go back to the seller and ask them first.

 

have asked many times i dont understand they havent heard of this i cant run new soundbanks i bought cinematic atmospheres!

 

then use the free player that comes with it

That's so stupid, was going to buy every soundbank too, that's their loss

first you could ask Camel Audio support !

SirSillySausage has said this above you can download the Alchemy Player 1.55 to use your purchased addon soundbanks ! new soundbanks are not compatible with version 1.25 !

you probably using a cracked Alchemy version , if you where an legit user you could update to version Alchemy 1.55 or Alchemy Player 1.55 for free on your account !

you did not even mention where you have asked many times ?

 

Very strange, you are prepared to pay for every soudnbank but you don't have Alchemy 1.55...

It's like buying a car but without the tyres.
