and i cant' install nothing....anybody can help me please

and in the next installation window the " Serum_x64.dll " is installed in :
C:\Program Files\Vstplugins\Xfer Records\Serum

Use the UnInstaller and delete all old Serum Files.

C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Xfer
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Xfer

Restart the PC

Seems like I have to add a dpi scaling function to my next installer.
Looks pretty weird on your screenshots.

Where do you get that message? On the Installation Dir page or on the next page where you can select the Plugins path?
Another question: Do you use a 32Bit or 64Bit OS?

This error should only appear if there's no path selected or if you removed the path and clicked "next"
without adding a valid path. Another user got a similar issue when he tried to prevent the installation
of the 32Bit plugin by removing the installation path on the plugins page but that doesn't work.
If you don't want a particular plugin/component, you have to deselect it on the previous page.
The installer then will disable that install option.

 

@r4e, i have a 4K monitor, so maybe that's the problem.

finally solved it, accepting all installation both 32bit and 64 and also aax allowed me to install without error message thanks a lot for the hel

 

You can press the button " Browser " and then navigate in the new window to C:\Program Files.

You can also press on the yellow folder icons and then navigate to the C:\Program Files.
The " Xfer Records " folder will be completed by the installer itself.

You can also create a folder in C:\Program Files with the name " Xfer Records ".
When the installer asks you where to go, you navigate to the folder and click OK.

 

Hm strange, gonna have to look into my code again, maybe I forgot something.
Will test it as well with the settings you did on a virtual Win10 x64.
