There are so many variants and behringers page doesnt help either, also the prices vary alot.

The cheapest one should be TD-3-RD (85€) and the Most expensive one the MO-SR (235€) variant, which is like 2 months out of stock. WTF.

Are there any difference between the colors? The behringer page is zero helpful and also musicstore and thomann dont really help.

tbh having something in the hands, still feels different that have a virtual plugin.

There are only the 2 models.
There is the standard TD-3 (which is pretty much a 1:1 clone of the original) and the modded Td-3-MO.
Yes, the prices do vary according to the colour. Just down to stock levels I assume.

never heard of differences in sound between colors.
i have both. the modded out has a much different sound. if you want to go for that "real" typical 303 sound, go for the td3!

if you want to do more heavy slide sequences or use it as a kind of a bassline thing, and you dont care about the acid sound, you can try the MO.

i never managed to get emanuel top like sequences out of the MO for example. its just to heavy modded and the sharp resonance fu##s up things really quick

So i guess if i could grab the RD one, it would be same as the silver one (SR), which is 110€.

The MO version are nowhere to get, everywhere with two months waiting time.
Should have bought the blue one thomann had on sale for 79€.

Actual i like the accciiiddd sound way more.

Behringer should have made two models and then selectable colors, but no they listed all colors for the two models on their page. So stupid.

it is. just a different plastic box on the outside :)
actually as its analog, they might vari all a bit, independently from color. but as the single parts made more accurate these days then in the 80s, i think it might only be in nuances they vari.

I hope so :D Well this should take i guess now 2 weeks till it arrives.

I was confused by the colors and price differences, damn like 20 colors with price difference of almost 60€ where i have looked, thats wild.

Anyway the AM Modded version now.

Be careful, you start as a game but then you can never go back. Buy the first one, then another, then a drum machine, an exotic sequencer, a vintage Oberheim, a modular rack ....
There is a risk that, without even realizing it, you will become a hipster playing his dawless jams while sipping an herbal tea, surrounded by his cactus and succulents.

I will for sure lag the money to buy more. Unless i find a good job in the future.

But there is surely something to have something real to touch.

I mean TD-3 MO played with Launchpad X :D Will but funny i guess.

It's harder to get a 1:1 replica of the TB-303 with the TD-3 MO.

    I have both TD3, TD3mo and TB-303.

TD3 Mo has more features but if you're looking for a true 1:1 TB-303 emulation, TD3 is by far easier.

Dont get me wrong : I love the TD3 mo, it's more like a DevilFish 303, but some extended functions may be disturbing and/or useless for many.

NB : all different colored TD3 are exactly the same inside ....

Or buy the Behringer Crave. A pretty good sounding replica of the Mother 32.

Pretty happy with my TD-3 MO. its insane how many sounds you can get out of it. And the production quality is actual quite okay for the price.

Ahh i thought first, why there is no Manual? Well turns out you dont really need one, get it working with any DAW is very easy.
