    Granule, well was expanded and renamed to Partikl i think, so it is no longer available i think. Or is granule just the granular engine of Partikl? i am confused.

    Not sure about Portal, it seems to be more than just a granular delay and output isnt exactly open about how Portal works in its innerst. But i havnt read the Manual yet.

    That's interesting and strange at the same time. This news is from 2018, so in 2018 it still existed.

    I found this news too. If you click the link you land on the partikl page, so i assume it was further developed into the partikl plugin?

    - Kit by Fors (inside there is Ego a grain Delay)-
    - Grainy Day from AVAL

    I know, most of the above tools are not really a delay, but if you tweak it enough, you can have it in some sort.
    Beside plugins, most are M4L devices or Reaktor ensembles
