It's a low effort joke.

If there was an actual download with an actual app that looks like a "Nexus 4" with the same preset list etc, but doesn't have sound or something (comments like: can't get sound to work), that would be a genuinely good joke.

 

Obviously just a joke since they kept us up to date on their Twitter
