Hello AS
I downloaded Studio One 5.5.1 R2R Version
as I red here it is patched version so I when I try to download additional content from it's download manager it says download failed.

other posts here in AS says you can delete some addresses from host file but I can't find any addresses about Presonus in host file


Could some one help me?

What made you guys think you'd be able to download the additional content directly from Presonus?

 

I'm my case well, it's because I never used DAW's before, so I thought it could be possible.

 

On the subject of S1 'additional content', anyone here ever have their hands on something Presonus calls 'the toolbox' for S1? I recently got a promotional email from them about it, had never heard of it before. Is it the same stuff as the soundsets mentioned above or is it some new addons for S1?

 

The Toolbox is a bunch of presets and loops and such, made by a 3rd party but specifically for Studio One. It is separate from the content you get when you purchase Studio One or join Sphere.

Actually I think I red it in another thread that its possible to download it directly from Presonus download manager if I delete update lines from host file .
I know it may expose me to Presonus and that I don't care .
And I think I did that before in Samplitude downloaded thier content from thier servers!
