Well, I don´t know if this fits well. Sometimes people refer to 'classical' in a chronological view.
Let me know what you think about this, for me it´s just perfect.
**..and yes, sometimes it´s labeled as 'classical'. *yes*

Of course. If you like it and want it to be heard, and consider it to be in a classical vein, it's fine.

    Rhapsody In Blue: Gershwin

Gershwin a big influence in Ravel

Just saying that every time Hollywood took a cut from it, they took the wrong one.
Even Tex Avery in his cartoons took the wrong ones. There is so much going on in this rhapsody

This is my first classical memory, and since then, one of the pieces I can´t believe/understand how it was conceived. Absolute intimate masterpiece.
I´m going to post it in the way I met it:

Wow SirSillySausage it's really weird that you put up that exact link. I was actually going to post that exact YouTube video earlier today because it's one of my favorite classical pieces but then I had to take care of some pressing matters and forgot. Of course classical people will remember that the actual name is Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14 not Moonlight Sonata.
