I have two hard drives on my never used mid 2010 i5 2,4ghz 8gb ram macbookpro : One Samsung SSD and a Sata. For installing windows 7 pro on the SSD I've replaced the original sata for the SSD then I turned on my macbook pro by holding alt then I've inserted the Windows DVD, the installation was successfull. Then I've replaced the superdrive for the 750 GB SATA where there is a partition of Mavericks (120GB) and a 630GB NTFS partition with no operating system for all my soundbanks.
I'm a FL Studio user (especially for the piano roll options...) but I also love mac for logic pro X and plenty other stuff.
I've done this beacause I want to create music without any kind of latency in FL Studio 11 and being able to switch easily to Logic Pro X for mixing my tracks. But FL still have a latency when I use the original soundcard so I use the ASIO4ALL driver remove any kind of crashing or latency.
BUT the problem is that ASIO4ALL in FL Studio wont recognize the headphone jack, it only recognizes the speakers of the mac even if I have the latest version of bootcamp driver installed on my windows 7.
Does anybody know how can I fix this problem or if there is an alternative for ASIO4ALL that could recognize the macbook pro headphone jack. Thanks.

If it´s not working like it should (xp and latency!) - i´d really consider a setup/DAW for all required tasks on OS X.
If that´s no solution for your situation, i found these link (haven´t tried them myself -see line above).

  4. Personally, I would just let go of Fl studio. I switched to cubase, logic, and protools, and never looked back. Of course nice results can be achieved with it, but in the end it's still amateur and all it's terminology is backwards.

Do yourself a favor and use your HD for your OS and DAW, and your SSD for streaming samples/libraries. Just learn logic you will not regret it, it's 100% more stable than FL studio, all I used to get were crashes with plugins not agreeing with eachother.

As for your asio issue, I remember having this problem when I installed FL studio directly in OSX via CrossOver, never actually had a windows HD in a mac laptop.

If you truly want a good setup and have a bugdet, I recommend having a hackintosh with one OSX drive and one Windows drive. I do this and it works flawlessly.
