I tried but a popup said no licence can be found

Cubase 12 works next to Cubase 11 and the VR licenses as well. I can confirm.

 

Does someone know if this "3 machines authorisations" is valid for all steinberg products on e-licenser. Otherwise it's useless.

 

afaik atm only Cubase 12 and Dorico are using the new system, but I’d imagine they’ll be transferring everything over to it within the next year or two.
You can still use your elicenser as usual though in the meantime.

 

What with VST2 they left it? There's a porn orgy going on for that reason
