Hello, I have read countless of forum threads, I reinstalled so many times Komplete Kontrol 2.6.7 (from bobdule).

I can load Kontakt libraries normally, I could install Diva and it loads normally

But for Arturia Plugins, at this point they don't even show in the left panel, or even if they somehow show after many install, I have "Plugin could not load"

In plugins location I have : C \ProgramData Arturia
And in this folder, I have .dll and .vst3 files inside ProgramData\Arturia\Nameofinstrument\x64

I'll go out on a limb and guess he typed this manually: \Nameofinstrument\x64

 

Thanks, after downloading and installing another Arturia release and with your path, it works
Do you know why I don't have the thumbnails ? Maybe because I chose a custom Common Data installation folder during install ?

Thumbnails - How to:

1. the pic should be square in dimension and it must be in PNG format. (360 x 360 )

2. rename it to the Bank name with exact spelling, lowercase, uppercase all the same.
Like example in the attachment below, I named it to "SQ80 Imported SysEx.png"

3. Put the pic at C:\Program Data\Arturia\Shared\images\vc8_images\packs

4. restart the plugin.

Make sure to run the DAW as Admin because it needs Admin permission
to write new database file (db.db3) in the ProgramData folder
