    JMJ is who really got me into electronic music. In the late 80s, my dad played one of his concert videos for me. I was utterly blown away by the music and his laser show. I'd never seen or heard anything like that before.

    I'm surprised a bit to hear him rave about Monark and NI, in general. I mean, Monark is pretty good but I'm still a bit cynical in spite of him saying he gets nothing out of referring them haha Either way, he says he does use NI plugins (mostly FX, but does use Monark), so that's pretty cool to see. I'll never be able to afford any of the great vintage synths (or, I should say, be able to justify spending the money on one), so I'm stuck with living with emus!
