Million $ studio destroyed by a broken water pipe ( guy bought it from a hoarder)

    These hoarders kept all their stuff in the studio, his step dad flips houses and bought this house with the studio in it and the water pipe burst and leaked for 3 days.
    According to the guy only the insulation is damaged, most of the equipment is ok.
    Apparently it was one of a kind, built in the mid 70s for a lot of money.
