    Omnisphere 2.6
    Keyscape Patches 1.0.1
    Mac M1 (Monterey)

    I cannot load the Electric Piano CP70... I get the message in the picture
    I tried refreshing library and nothing changed.
    I tried deleting .zmap and nothing changed

    I've got these 4 folders inside STEAM>Keyscape: Defaults, Documentation, Settings Library and Soundsources
    But when I downloaded Keyscape I get another folder called Soundsources (almost 12 GB) with the folder Factory inside, and the folder Keyboards inside this last one.
    Where am I supposed to put this another Soundsources folder?
    Maybe here is the problem?
    Thank you very much

    this is how my Spectrasonics Folder looks like.
    I don't think you've downloaded the full package for Keyscape and that might be the problem.

    is a known issue. Update everything to latest version. Omnisphere 2.8 anf all libraries and everything should be working

    That's exactly what I have installed (88 GB), and what I've written in my post.
    My question is about another folder (12 GB) called Soundsources too, with Factory folder inside, and Keyboards inside this last one
    This another Soundsources folder came with the download, and I don't know where should I locate...

    mmm, I guess that's not the problem
    I installed Omnisphere and Keyscape on another Mac, Intel, with Mavericks OS a long time ago, and I had exactly the same problem.
    I never could get the Yamaha CP70 loading. Now, the same problem with a M1, Monterey.
    I guess it is a problem with Keyscape's installation... Omnisphere is working very fine, except Live don't recongnise the VST plugin, only the AU

    Open zmap.index with Notepad++ or Wordpad and see what you have on the 4th line for PATH. I used Find and Replace to remove every mention of the existing path and replace it with Keyboards/
    The first entry reads:
    <ENTRY NAME="Chimeatron Chimes Release" PATH="Keyboards/Chimeatron">

    The last entry reads:
    <ENTRY NAME="Yamaha CP-70 Pedal Noise RR" PATH="Keyboards/Yamaha CP-70B">

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    #Replay 11

    Keep the quotation marks. If you use Notepad++ or Wordpad you can use the Replace option to automatically edit every Entry.
    I can't remember exactly but in my original zmap.index the entries looked something like this and pointed to locations that didn't exist:
    <ENTRY NAME="Chimeatron Chimes Release" PATH="E:/Spectrasonics/STEAM/Keyscape/Soundsources/Factory/Keyscape Library/Keyboards/Chimeatron">

    Find this - E:/Spectrasonics/STEAM/Keyscape/Soundsources/Factory/Keyscape Library/Keyboards
    Replace with this - Keyboards

    So the entry becomes:
    <ENTRY NAME="Chimeatron Chimes Release" PATH="Keyboards/Chimeatron">

    As you can see in my captured image, my zmap only shows "Keyboards/ before every instrument.
    And there's nothing different between the CP70's entry and the other instruments entries.
    So I guess the zmap is OK
    And I tried refreshing (twice) Patches, Multis and Soundsources but the problem persists[/QUOTE]

    rebuild the zmap file. the keyscape zmap file is wrong and as you can see the threads @BEAT16 has linked all have the same problems solved.
