Thanks for sharing these. I have a question though. Why did you decide to make 32 bit samples but then only 44.1 khz sample rate? I understand your choice of the increased bit depth, but why not 48khz sample rate?

well, I mean in the video you mention preserving headroom in the samples. But by increasing the bit depth and not utilizing the higher sample rate, means that you are increasing only the word length, and therefore file size. And not raising the ceiling to make use of the increased bit depth results in possible quantization distortion or truncation.

Most of the samples available on the market are 16 bit and 44 kHz, and they create a lot of music that we listen to and will listen to. ;) Check my samples, I think possible quantization errors will not matter. ;)

Haloo @Stevie Dude, here is an alternative:

1.) Legowelt Releases 223 FREE Samples from 1970s Moog Minimoog Synthesizer

223 samples from my 1970s Moog Minimoog synthesizer Serial number#5529. Including all the noise, dust, crackle, unstableness and sheer uncorrupted walnut-wooden sensuality you can get with a real MINIMOOG. All in 16 bit WAV format! Use its brute discrete analog power in your own sampler!

Download the sample pack here (108.9 MEGaByTeZ)

    2.) Moog Shots (One-Shot Kit)

Cartel Loops presents "Moog Shots" inside you will find 214 "One Shot" WAV files custom made, to streamline your workflow, use less of your computers processing power, match your creativity, and fasten your workload by having access to handpicked sounds made with expensive analog equipment such as Prophet5, Prophet Rev2, Ibanez Acoustic Guitar, Woodwind Fluteā€¦

It's free. Give the guy a hand and help him editing the samples better. No need to be harsh.

it's a genuine question. Just wondering if it is not his first time, maybe there is a reason why the samples recorded that way which kinda unusual because, especially for the Moog, the sample should almost always carry the original punch from 0 attack (fastest) from the synth envelope, so that when the sample is added to sampler it will replicate the same response. Atleast that is how I understand it, so wondering if he has a reason or his first time that he doesn't know about that.
