I'm looking for a mixer with good preamps.
I would like to pass through it merged stems and record from PC. Also maybe pass through signal from some synth or single stems.
I'd like to add a little warmth and compress using gain knob.
Like pass through the drums and add a lot of gain to kick and snare to compress them.

I found 2 old mixers.
Which one will be better?
Maybe you know better ones used in price around 100 USD?

Haven't tried any of these two models, but in the 80s Monarch used to compete in the same market segment as did Behringer later in the 90s - cheap stuff.

Soundcraft has always been more highly regarded, and the Compact series is about two decades newer than the pictured Monacor mixer.

Isn't that Monarch like 4 decades old? The soundcraft is probably only 2 decades old. But why such old mixers? Perhaps take a look at a secondhand Yamaha MG10.

And old doesn't mean that new stuff is better. Moog synthesizers are old but they are still the best synthesizers in the world

I bought 2 Soundcraft devices (unfortunately at the same time).
The devices worked for about half a year with little use - then a strong scratching started. THE REGULATORS! I couldn't believe it and suspected all the other devices, but they were the "good" Souncraft controllers. When I asked about the guarantee, I got a clear answer! We're happy to repair, but it's expensive... and the controllers are wearing parts with no guarantee.
That means spending the same money on bad controllers or new mixers. Better other mixers.
Conclusion soundcraft brand name with cheap components. Absolute junk!

As the previous speaker said, after about six months the creaking starts. So it really seems to be the rule rather than the exception.
That's actually a shame, because the desk is otherwise first-class and solidly processed. Admittedly, only the monitor control is affected for me, but since I use it to regulate the corresponding loudspeakers, it is extremely annoying.

Since you get away with the evil "B" now almost better. ;-)
